• refunds are not available unless i cancel the commission myself
• i can decline a commission if i am not comfortable or if i think i cannot deliver what you wantturnaround time
• the usual timeframe is around 1 to 4 weeks
• delays may happen if something unexpected comes up but i will update you if that happenschanges & revisions
• minor changes like skin tone, eye colour, background colour and similar details are free
• major changes that were not mentioned before rendering will cost extra
• excessive revisions may also be charged
• once the piece is finished only small adjustments are possibleusage & rights
• i keep all rights to my artwork and i can repost it on my socials
• you get a personal use license only
• you can repost your commission on your own socials but you must give clear credit
• you are not allowed to sell it, use it for commercial projects, print it as merch or use it in any monetized way
• use for nft or ai training is strictly prohibited
• commercial rights are only available through a separate agreementwatermark & credit
• you must not remove my watermark
• the watermark will be placed in a way that does not ruin the artwork
• credit is required whenever you use or post the piecedelivery
• art will be delivered digitally through a cloud link via onedrive or vgen to avoid compression
• download links will stay active for 60 days after delivery
• you are responsible for saving and backing up your files before the link expiresclient conduct
• do not pressure me, rush me or harass me
• rude behavior allows me to stop the commission and refund you if needed

• no refunds once the character has been transferred
• i can decline or revoke adopt ownership if this agreement is dismissed
• chargebacks, ghosting, or backing out after agreement may result in a blacklistownership & usage
• you receive exclusive rights to the adopt
• you may edit, redraw, or reinterpret the character as long as the design remains recognizable
• do not claim the design or artwork as your own
• crediting the original artist is strongly encouraged when sharing the adopt publiclyrestrictions
• use for nft, ai training, or commercial products is strictly prohibited
• reselling or trading the adopt is allowed only for in-game or virtual currency and should not be flipped for profit
• resale value should not exceed what you originally paid unless additional art is included
• do not distribute, copy, or upload the artwork to public platforms as your ownchanges & additions
• minor edits and personal interpretations are allowed
• large alterations that significantly change the design should acknowledge the original adopt
• requesting me for additional poses, expressions, or close-ups beyond the original adopt will require an extra feewatermark & credit
• credit is recommended when sharing or posting the adopt publicly
• unwatermarked version is only provided for the clientdelivery
• the adopt will be delivered digitally through a cloud link via onedrive to avoid compression and toyhouse for transfer if available
• download links will stay active for 60 days after delivery

• i retain all copyright to the artwork unless explicitly transferred
