general rules
• first come first serve
• payment must be sent upfront before i start anything
• refunds are not available unless i cancel the commission myself
• i can decline a commission if i am not comfortable or if i think i cannot deliver what you wantturnaround time
• the usual timeframe is around 1 to 4 weeks
• delays may happen if something unexpected comes up but i will update you if that happensusage and rights
• i keep all rights to my artwork and i can repost it on my socials
• you get a personal use license only
• you can repost your commission on your own socials but you must give clear credit
• you are not allowed to sell it, use it for commercial projects, print it as merch or use it in any monetized way
• commercial rights are only available through a separate agreementwatermark and credit
• you must not remove my watermark
• the watermark will be placed in a way that does not ruin the artwork
• credit is required whenever you use or post the piecechanges and revisions
• minor changes like skin tone, eye colour, background colour and similar details are free
• major changes that were not mentioned before rendering will cost extra
• excessive revisions may also be charged
• once the piece is finished only small adjustments are possibledelivery
• art will be delivered digitally through a cloud link via onedrive or vgen to avoid compression
• download links will stay active for 60 days after delivery
• you are responsible for saving and backing up your files before the link expiresclient conduct
• do not pressure me, rush me or harass me
• rude behavior allows me to stop the commission and refund you if neededprivacy
• i will not share your personal information with anyone

• you are allowed to use the template one single time until the tattoo is finished
• you are not allowed to sell the design, reproduce it, make merch or use it for any commercial purpose
• i keep all rights to my work and i can post it on my socialsartist responsibility
• i am not responsible for how your tattoo artist interprets lines colors details or placement
• the final tattoo result depends fully on the skill and technique of your tattoo artist
• i am also not responsible for any outcomes such as healing issues, allergic reactions or aftercare problemsrevisions
• minor adjustments are free like line thickness, small detail / tweaks or slight positioning
• major changes that were not explained before finalizing will cost an extra fee
• after the final design is delivered only small adjustments are possibledelivery
• the tattoo template will be delivered digitally via a download link in a stencil friendly format
• the download link will stay active for 60 days
