• commission details are discussed first

• payment is required upfront before work begins
• no refunds unless i personally cancel the commission
• i may decline commissions i’m uncomfortable with or unable to deliverturnaround time
• estimated turnaround is 1–4 weeks
• delays may occur; updates will be providedchanges & revisions
• unlimited revisions during the sketch phase
• minor edits after completion are free (e.g. eye colour, small details, minor colour corrections)
• major or excessive revisions after completion (pose/expression changes, alternate versions, large additions) will cost extra
• only small adjustments are possible after final deliveryusage & rights
• i retain all rights to my artwork and may repost it on my socials
• commissions include a personal-use license only
• you may repost your commission on your own socials with clear credit (ex: art by @)
• standard commissions may not be sold, monetized, used for commercial projects, or turned into merch
• use for nft or ai training is strictly prohibited
• commercial rights (marketing, profit, resale, merch) are available only through a separate agreementwatermark & credit
• both watermarked and unwatermarked versions are provided to the client
• watermark must not be removed when posting publicly
• please include my tag where applicable when sharing publiclydelivery
• art will be delivered digitally through a cloud link via onedrive / vgen / discord or e-mail to avoid compression
• download links will stay active for 60 days after delivery
• two organized psd files will be included:
– one layered working psd (art layers)
– one clean psd for personal editing
• psd files are for the client's personal, private use only and should not be shared
• you are responsible for saving and backing up your files before the link expiresclient conduct
• do not pressure, rush, or harass me
• rude or disrespectful behavior may result in cancellation and refund if the commission is not past the halfway point

• i can decline or revoke adopt ownership if this agreement is dismissed
• chargebacks, ghosting, or backing out after agreement may result in a blacklistownership & usage
• you receive exclusive ownership of the character design
• you may edit, redraw, or reinterpret the character as long as the design remains recognizable
• do not claim the original design or artwork as your own
• credit is recommended when sharing the adopt publiclyrestrictions
• adopts may not be used for nft, ai training, or commercial products
• resale or trading is allowed only for in-game or virtual currency
• adopts may not be flipped for profit if sold for real currency
• resale value may not exceed the original price unless additional art is included
• do not distribute, copy, or upload the artwork as your ownchanges & additions
• minor edits and personal interpretations are allowed
• major alterations that significantly change the design should acknowledge the original adopt
• additional poses, expressions, or close-ups requested beyond the original adopt will require an extra feewatermark & credit
• both watermarked and unwatermarked versions are provided to the client
